THE INDY LABLE LIFERDEF OVER 300K INDEPENDENT UNTIL 2007.Most lables mentioned are under major distribution or sold a lil over 80k before signing major orwent out of business.
Few Lables still do these numbers only old school indy lables that really pushed these numbers way back were.

its all 2 close between all of them whos king of sales.Only 2 remain indy or before revamping or shutting down.

So let's break it down like this which indy lable before signing to priority sold the most before closing doors answer BLACKMARKET was the first.First ones to prolly really sell over 300k indy style b4 priority.

Never the less check 4 them lables and history,we cant forget about siccwit also with st charles dist was indy before signing to jive 40 sold alot but remained indy shortly after 60k to 100k after jive scooped him up.How do i know this info because i seen the scans and was on BLACKMARKET back in the days with ASSASSIN HITWORKS.And read the waltz wax reports with cityhall which every lable had dist through 10 years ago.If you really wanna take it way back to 50 girls presents (TOO$HORT) they were the first to skyrocket any kind of indy sales along with Hammer and these my friends were pieces of vinyl moving counting as pieces no cds were even thought of it was cassete tapes and vinyl!
