Who do you think is a tighter producer? I'd have to go with Big Hutch. Out of all their cd's I still haven't gotten tired of any of em. I play Dr. Dre's every now and then. I think Dre is overrrated and Cold 187um is underrated.

Cold 187um aka Big Hutch

10 times better than a Dre beat. But others will say Dre because he is the main stream producer who makes the booty beats for them.

Like I have always said.....Hutch is so fuckin underrated. Can't wait till he gets out of the pen to make another ATL LP.

in that case... EARLY DRE beats COLD 187um... cuz COLD 187um was just making like, fake DRE sounding beats....

but BIG HUTCH beats NEW DRE, cuz the dr. is just lazy now & doesnt really have 100% heat on every beat.... hes just as HIT OR MISS as everyone else now.

First of all you gotta stop confusing a producer and 'somebody who makes beats'. They are FAR from the same thing.

If you're asking who is the better producer then the answer is Dre and it's a no-brainer. If you want to know who has 'tighter beats', that's all a matter of opinion. I've heard beats I like & didn't like from both of them.

for me it's hutch. i loved dre back in the days (world class, nwa, death row) but since he started aftermath i don't like him any more. he's still making good tracks sometimes but they don't last long and they're only few and they're mainstream.
hutch has always been dope and still is. i don't like all of his beats but he's always original and i can listen to his bombs over and over again..
btw, he's supposed to be free this year. i heard rumours that dj k-oss ist already released from jail :knockout:
