Call me tardy but i just checked out the list of nominees for the BET hip hop awards. and to my suprise 2 of the biggest hip-hop artists of 06 are nowhere to be seen on the nominations list

Anyone who knows me knows im a big southern hip hop fan but damn there are other regions in the country (shit didnt we just have the OZONE awards. How the EFF do Ice cube and E-40 not get nominated for anything?????
Yes 40 is nominated with lil jon and sharp crease (Sean P for u slow pokes) for snap ya fingas but thats not 40's record.
Both cube and 40 were 2 of the few rappers to even go gold this year (check the stats u got Joc, rick ross, chamillionaire, busta, 40, cube and TI, I believe thats it)
Not to mention 40 had 2 of the bigger songs of the year in u and dat and tell me when to go. To add insult to injury Lil Jon is a nominee for producer of the year and the aformentioned songs arent even listed.
I dont know who was in charge of nominations but they need to get a working radio and tv and get out to the club more because they must be lame as hell or have a hidden agenda to bypass E-40. He was everywhere this summer.
I'm biased because im from the Bay and 40 is my dude, but right is right and BET is dead wrong.
Katt Williams is funny as hell but i wont be watchin the bullshit awards show and as the head of BME I hope Jon gets up and speaks on 40 and cube's exclusion.
