Best way to shrink a hat

Whats the best way to shrink a fitted hat. wash it, wet the band and let it dry in the sun or somein else?

if you dont wanna fuck it up dont wash it, just wear a du-rag under it it'll fit perfect.

heres is what you do..


put a little bit of water on the inside band(where your forhead touches)....and blow dry it...but not too hot cuz u can damage the hat...

and never put it in the microwave!...my homie tried that and his hat caught on fire...haha...shit was funny as hell

spray it to where it is damp then liet it sun dry. it will shrink up a little bit.

you can do it evenly if you just go back and forth with the blow dryer.....its not like your gonna just hold the dryer in one spot on the hat...but hey to each his own....i have used the blow dryer on my hats and its perfect.

This works... Put it on your head then goto a sink... Turn on warm water and SLIGHTY wet the outside of it with your hands while its on your head... Let dry the WOOL will shrink and mold your head perfect just make sure you wear it until its dry and DONT soak it just enough water so it feels DAMP...Works everytime and ya fit will look brand new still

jus wet da fukr n wear it not too wet ,damp iz better.dat way it moldz to yo dome.i do it aw da time,yamean......hatz either too small or a lil too big.dat what i do to my fitted capz. i jus buy dem big,too small makez my head hurt when i cough off dat barney,yaddadamean..........
