I dont think any of it was that dark. I remember i bought thier Mystic Styles. It was around when it came out. I liked the cover. It wasnt as twisted as i thought from the cover, but it was my favorite cd for a few years.

Theres some underground stuff, i cant varify it at all for its authenticity or if this is legit, but heres a site you may find useful... "http://www.sell.com/2D8J8"

Thanx for the 411 Blight!
Yeah I never listenned to these cats until reasently.
They have some dark shit that's pretty tight.
I guess I never bothered to look into their shit cuz they had a female in their crew.

Not dissin female rappers, just hardcore female MC's.
I don't think there's anything harcore about a female LOL!

Three Six Mafia - Mystic Styles, Da Summa, Sweet Robbery, Fuckin'Wit This Click, Now I'm High, I Aint Goin, I Aint Cha Friend, Is Anyone Out There, Judgement Night, In Too Deep, Smoked Out, Locced Out, Tear Da Club Up (all versions), Walk Up To Your House.

To me, Mystic Styles was and is the best album they ever made.
After 'The End' and 'Chapter 2:World Domination', not much else appealed to me. Gangsta Boo came cooh on her first album, Indo G and Koopsta Knicca were the same. Prophet Posse :Body Parts was pretty cooh too.

the albums i recommend are

Three 6 Mafia - Mystic Styles (i didn't like the bass quality, though, but still had some tight beats and lyrics and its a straight classic)

Three 6 Mafia - The End (this album has non-stop bumping tracks, i can listen to this whole album, straight classic)

Prophet Posse - Body Parts (what can i say, this album is straight fire and is also a classic)

Project Pat - Mista Dont Play (this album is one of my fav's, especially the Posse song '#19', the album has alot of tight tracks and Pat always comes with tight lyrics)

Gangsta Blac - Can It Be? (i highly recommend this album, G.B. has a tight flow and flows really tight with the beats and the beats are tight and the album is a classic, get this album A.S.A.P)

Kingpin Skinny Pimp - King of The Playaz Ball (i highly recommend this album, Skinny Pimp has a tight flow and flows really tight with the beats and the beats are tight and the album is a classic, get this album A.S.A.P)

those are the albums i recommend you get if you dont got them already, get them before anything else. you won't be disapointed. the other albums are good, too, but just get these ones first :classic:

^yeah, but what albums are you talking about? Da HeadBussaz isn't watered down, they still got the hardcore beats and murderous lyrics, Choices soundtrack had resembalance to their early work, Project Pat is still keeping it street style with Layin Da Smack Down & Mista Dont Play and When The Smoke Clears sounds like a World Domination or The End. alot of people say they've went commercial, but i dont see how. because commercial to me is like a Nelly or Ja Rule and Three 6 is in no way like them except the money part.
