On a side note i've been thinkin of getting my son & daughters names in some Graffitti style lettering but if anybody has some other type of bad ass lettering styles i would appreciate it since im still pondering the kind of lettering.

i used to train with luke stewart who owns seventh son,iv been gettin the itch to get my leg sleeve,and turns out seventh son has a artist who specializes in polynesian art,i think before the summer im gonna be inked once again

you train at fight and fitness? i live like 3 blocks away,i didnt know luke went there.
naw i used to train with him way back in the day at east west martial arts in marin,im talkin like 10 years ago or more.

how do you like fnf,i go to 3rd street,iv allways kickboxed,but wasnt really feelin fnf and really liked the people and workouts at 3rd street,but i was a cunt hair away from goin to fnf...still might

FnF is dope. Muay Thai-wise, you got Bunkerd (who was the head trainer for Fairtex here in the US) and Neungsiam (current Muay Thai WBO lightweight champ)

MMA wise Chris Cariaso (Strikeforce) and Luke Stewart are both trainers there as well.

Darren Uyenoyama used to be the jiu-jitsu coach there too, but he opened up his own gym in DC.


Cool ass people, old school gym feel. I've trained at 3rd Street also, for a bit.

Its like a family atmosphere, everybody is hella cool, from the members to the staff. Definitely worth checking out.
