In my opinion I would haveto say RASPUTANT RECORDS cuz they allways have the latest shit + some underground shit too, Shit, U cant beat the deals in the BARGED BEN either!!!!!

2nd would B' STAR RECORDS, they up to date on there albums as far as having the new albums but they just need tho get an ATM/Credit Card thing up in there, I allways go in there wanting to get an album or two, but cant cuz I dont got the cash......

Yep I feel you on Rasputins. I go there with enough money to get an album and I go up to the register debating over like 6 or 7 ones I want. Shit always pisses me off. But they do got a very large selection of shit that always seems to be in stock.
