With a little over 3 months left, this year has been excellent for bay area rap, a definite improvement over the last 4 years, which were hands down the most sorry years for the bay...

So far its the best year since 1999 and the one cd that stands out this year (just like last year with Malice Concepts) is without a doubt

were really great this year. However that new Big Oso Loc is shittin on competition also.
I need to cop that The Bay Is Heat'd, so far I only heard it on northern-ridaz and I was impressed. Same goes with Reekalation.
