Best pre-paid phone hook-up????

I use virgin mobile as a side phone other than my cingular service. The cool thing is that you register and activate these phones online, and you can put them under any name whether its Bob Dole or Bo Jackson. You can get the basic phones for like 40 or 50 bucks.
