It's not talking about how good the receiver is, it's talking about "best hands." Battle rarely drops balls, that's why his percentage is so high. That doesn't mean he's a better receiver than others, it just means he catches a higher percentage of the balls that are thrown to him.

And whoever Patrick Crayton is.. He probably does have better hands than T.O.
