maybe it didn't amount to much in the long run, but scoring a brace against Chelsea when you're a FULHAM player is pretty big no matter how you look at it.
it still can amount to something great... Fulham still has a chance to finish top 7 and play in the UEFA Europa League... thats pretty fuckin good, seeing how last year Fulham was almost relegated. and it was Dempsey to the rescue again. this goal basically saved Fulham from relegation

Hey Tim bow about the 93' Iniesta goal that helped send Barcelona to Rome for the CL finals? Here's a recap of the game, the goal is near the end of the vid.......On another note, that Ronaldo goal was one hell of a corker...that aint the first one he's scored like that...

Makaveli I saw the game. Iniesta's goal was a good strike, and for Barca fans is probably the goal of the year. The only problem is, it was in the same game as Essiens goal which will go down as best Champions League goal ever (if not it's top 3 for sure). Iniesta had time to load up and pick a spot, Essien volleyed it from 30 yards. His goal was 10 times better, Iniesta's just had bigger consequences.

So let's vote: what is the best of the year? I say we all pick one that was nominated in this thread by video, and one of our personal favorites.

My Votes:

1. Best goal that was nominated: For me it has to be Fernando Torres' goal against Blackburn. I'm not a huge EPL fan but I cannot deny that goal. The way he controlled it, turned on it, and fired a half volley from that angle was absolutely incredible. It came only a few days after Emmanuel Adebayor's goal vs. Villareal, which I probably would have voted for otherwise.

2. Personal favorite goal of the season: I'm a Juventus fan, so for me, my favorite goal is Alessandro Del Piero's first goal @ the Bernabeu. Juve hadn't won in Madrid since the 60's. RM - Juve is a huge european rivalry, and the Del Piero strike in the 11th minute was the goal heard round the world. Even though it was only group stages, Juve didn't make it far in CL and have had a dissapointing (at best) italian season. That was the brightest moment of our season and there fore my favorite goal of the year

First of all, if you read the first post in this thread, he said this.
but use this thread to post some of your favorite goals of the season. I'll start by posting up a few of my personal favorites.
second, I don't think he gives a shit that much, like you seem to do
