Want your shit to be extra tender...? Use coffee... mixed with your favorite seasonings and let it cook all day on low... You could probably add some brew to it as well if you want some of that flavor... I've never tried it though...

I have never used coffee, like I said 2 bottles of beer and slow for 10 - 11 hours.

I may try that next time.
