This is pure crap. I work at Geek Squad and our phones 1) do not have a "red record light" and do not let you film more than 60 seconds anyway. The chip involved in the phone would have to be wiped, getting rid of all of the information for service calls in order to film onto it. To format said chip and have it restored in the phone; has to be called in and reprogrammed elsewhere. These gals are scamming the crap out of Best Buy, it's a set up.
