POMONA, Calif. (AP) -- Electronics chain Best Buy and one of its 'geeks' are being sued.
A California woman alleges that a "Geek Squad" computer technician sent to her home last month used a cell phone camera to record her taking a shower.
The woman says she noticed the blinking phone sitting on the sink when she got out of the shower.
The woman and her mother also say the phone was found in the bedroom of the woman's 13-year-old sister.
The technician has been arrested and charged with using a camera to view a person without consent, and annoying or molesting a child under 18.
Best Buy says it "obviously" will cooperate with the investigation.
