also.. anyone know where i find out more about the history of metal logos? i buy every book i can find and afford that deals with band logos and gig posters

This is probably my favorite band logo (top left corner). The cover itself is pretty dope, too.

I've always enjoyed Emperor's logo for it's simplicity.

I remember starting up a conversation with some emo kid about his Dark Funeral shirt and I asked what his favorite album was and he looked up and said, "I only bought this shirt because I like the logo."
