The first track on both Ray luv's Forever hustlin and RBLs Eye for an eye starts out with this sound....and now I just heard that same sound on the beginning of a new puff daddy bad boy song....also Jay-z r&b group "Christion" has that same damn sound in the beginning of their album...what the hell is that clip from????!?

its just a sound effect of footsteps and cars to make it sound like its taking place outside, im really surprised you took the time to actually notice things like that, no offense, but theres more to life than sound effects and song intros...
