they're straight..

I don't really listen to em that much just regular, but I'm always down to see them perform. My favorite show they did is coming on tv this sunday at 6, too: http://fusefest.fuse.tv/a/home

it was filmed by all the fans but you can still see the quality of the performance, just worms eye view kind of

Beastie Boys are the shit. I used to jam the hell out of License to Ill. Anyway they can make music forever to me. That is what I don't understand about rap fans. Like in rock dudes can drop shit at 60, but in rap after about 35 people start hating. Dudes like Beastie and LL Cool J can rap forever. They are legends. Let them keep going. They got that right.

The Beastie Boys have always reinvented their sound everytime they dropped an album. Because of that it's like Run-Dmc said "And other rappers can't stand us but give us respect"

Some Beastie Boys albums I love, some I hate with a passion. Dunno why, probably because they change their sound up so much, but some albums get on my nerves something fierce. But they have talent no doubt.

Licensed to Ill = pretty nice, not a favorite, but got to respect it.

Pauls Boutique = one of my favorite albums.

Ill communication = slapped the hell out of it at the time, still good for nostalgia.

Hello Nasty = Fuckin makes me want to take the cd out and break it.

Weird, huh? Could never really check out their records after that... what was that, 99? do they have any other good music after that?
