Who watched it? I had a feeling something crazy was going to happen so I recorded it. That 108 yard field goal return by Hester was crazy! Just like the n9ners game last year.

Da bears struggled in the first half, but completely dominated the 2nd half. Huge win for da bears.

R. Grossman 18/30 246 3TDS 1 INT
E. Manning 14/32 121 0TDS 2 INT

T. Jones 113 yards
T. Barber 141 yards

M. Muhammad 7 REC 123 Yards
P. Burress 4REC 48 Yards

Devin Hester is crazy. He has 2 Punt returns for TDs this year already, plus this 108 yard missed field goal return.

Here is a video of him in college:

Here is his first PR for a TD (look how fast he is!)

Heres one against Florida:

When they picked him I was so pumped, but never would I have thought that he would be playing like this. This is some Billy White Shoes Johnson/ Dante Hall Special Teams play. This kid is magic. He needs a block or 2 and hes gone. Great game for Chicago. Everyone was jocking the Giants and downing the BEars and now what. I knew Mark Bradley could do it. I am happy to see him on the field after his injuries.

Yeah, Hester is great. I don't understand why he only returns punt returns and not kickoffs. He's got three TDs this year! Hopefully they'll put him back there now.

Here is the 108 yard return by hester on Youtube:

Also, Peanut Tillman had a Monster game covering Plaxico Burress. Plaxico was talking major shit all week about how da bears corners are soft. Tillman broke up at least three passes, one interception, limited Burress to only a few catches and also laid down that huge block on the Hester TD return. Bears D stepped it up huge against the pass (although they didn't stop the run all that well).

the bears are playing amazingly well this season, my only concern with them is if rex grossman can lead them thru the playoffs.....he only has to not suck and let the defense play the game

I am getting a little more worried about the run D. 3 games in a row someones ran for over 100 yards on them. They are giving up long run plays as well for 30+. Still though Gore,Brown and Barber are solid.

I'm not worried about there Defense. They are number 1 at stopping the pass and they create turnovers. As long as they continue to do that, shit 100+ yard rushing means nothing.

I'm only worried about their offense. Mainly rex grossman and the pass protection. Although besides that one ill advised pass interception early in the game, grossman looked a lot better. And the play that made me the most happy is when it was 3rd and long, grossman dropped back and there was immediate pressure. Instead of throwing off his foot as he was dropping back, which he would have done last week, he tucked the ball and took the sack. It's ok to punt! That to me showed me that he is learning from his boneheaded mistakes. If he can eliminate some of those mistakes, they should be fine.

Also impressed with Thomas Jones, who struggled early in the year. He's picked it up the last few games.

That was a dope ass missed field goal return...

I love how he hesitated just enough to get a few key blocks in...genius...

I thought that it was all bad for The Bears when I saw Rex throw that INT early in the game, because the last time that happened they weren't able to bounce back.

Grossman showed a lot of character in this game...I take my hats off to them, I thought that The Giants were going to come out with the W for sure.

Hester is a just a beast when he's returning kicks. I gotta agree with you guys as the "next Dante Hall", cuz dude is so fast, it's sick. Plus, he can change direction so god damn quick.

And for Nathan Vasher, I told a lot of non-believing idiots that he was gonna be a Pro-Bowler after I saw him play in college at Texas and his rookie year, when he had 5 picks.

Vasher doesnt have huge stats this year, but he has been thrown to much less this year than last. When the ball is in his area, he makes big plays. Huge part of the Bears D.
