Bay area-based Siccness Records found success in 2009 releasing digital and physical CD material from both State Property stars: Beanie Sigel and Freeway. Philadelphia Freeway 2 and Broad Street Bully were original content releases, that seemingly only Def Jam waved off as unofficial. While Freeway would later dismiss other projects, he has yet to speak against Siccness.

To be released on February 23, Roc Boys features various leaked collaboration and State Property-related tracks. DMX, Young Chris and Wale are among featured guests.

shit gonna be tight. siccness has some talented in house producers that made alot of artists sound hot again. My fav sicc release of all times is still domain diego. The hell rell and az albums was on point too
