i know its a trip but i didnt even know till like a year ago that those t-bones, porterhouse whatever ya wanna call it is new york on 1 side of the bone and filet mignon on the other.
like I said in that other thread, I don't do it often, but every once in a while i get a craving for steak with bbq sauce burnt into it. I did it tonight because people gave me a hard time when I did it the other day.
