Bay Mix tapes w/ ALL bay beats???

I've been seeing a lot of mixtapes from the bay lately. I don't know if I already asked this question but does any of the mixtapes out have nothing but classic bay beats on the whole mixtape? If not WHY NOT?!?! Would be sick as fuck.

another reason is bay artists dont put out a single or most dont press vinyl which they can put the instrumentals on them only certain old groups from the bay have them thats one way to get the instrumentals but i have some old ones and im workin on that mixtape now
