the carter III has crazy production, i'd say thats the best part of it. Wayne's delivery is tight imo cuz its original. Some songs he comes sick on, when he stays on topic and actully raps about sumtin..but alot of songs he comes pretty wack on cuz he just rambles on like its a off the headfreestyle and wat hes sayin doesnt make any sense.

He's hit and miss if u ask me, some shits hot sum shits boo boo.

Good cd, not a classic... the best Carter album was Carter 1. His best album IMO is still Lights Out.

I just wish all these high-school punk ass kid would get off his nuts and stop acting like he's the greatest thing ever. He's not consistent enough for that.

after watchin that youtube video on how he litterally took peoples entire verses/hooks,he has been can to me ever since,dont see what the hype is all about.nuthin special. hes going to sell however,whenever because he is marketable,if he shitted on newspaper he prolly go gold for it...he aint a dope rapper tho,he use to be koo back in the day but now iono

edit: i liked the album, but no where near classic. I've never listened to wayne since the hot boy album, listened to this and its solid in a major label way. big features, big producers... I cant say i hate wayne delivery cause at least he's trying to evolve and not be yesterdays hot rapper - but he lacks the substance to be best if that makes any sence?



you know what he kinda sound like the first time people hear E-40, they be like "why he talken funny like that" thats how I feel about wayne... im like "why is this little midget talking like he has speech problems, and keep rhyming the same word for 1/2 a song"

not too many artists nowadays have substance. too say wether an album is classic depends on total sales imo. im not a fan of his by any means but cant deny the fact that he has more character in 4 bars than most cats do on their entire album. he sells units. regardless whose buying them . thats the name of the game last time i checked. but hey, we all got opinions.
no one is right, no one is wrong. the only people wrong are the artists taking feedback personell. no matter who you are people will love and hate you!

keak might not spit all them punchlines and shit but his album slap harder than that wayne to me but im from the town so my opinon dont mean shit but really who gives a fuck if he local or not as long as he keep makin albums like he been makin ima continue to support it

being nationally known and accepted don't make u tight..i guess i'm just the type of person that'll knock keak over lil wayne anytime! it's just what i grew up living and listening to. no reason to get heated. honestly even if i was given the c3 album IT STILL WOULDN'T GET PLAY. peace.
