if an artist promoted himself right, he wouldn't have to worry about an album cover......he can be "cheap" all he wants.....he would already have a fan base when the album drops.....

and album cover should not determine if you should buy the shit or not.....cause most of the time, when an album cover is all "tight" and shit, the album is weak......and when you find some good music....the cover is simple....

i dont have a problem wit alotta the covers artists are gettin, probably cause i just get past the artwork and get to the music. and i know alotta artists dont always have hella bread to break on a cover. but an attractive cover does help.
