First of all... The thread starter is trying to revolutionize "Net-Banging"... obviously. 91Siccness.com is "Sacramento" one city under God! B.A.R.T(Bay Area Rap Talk) consist of multiple cities representing the Bay(SF, Oak, SJ, Vallejo, etc.) anybody with mathematical know how can figure out that ratio of people. True... the first Sac kats to hit the scene and make a buzz were "Bangers" which established Sac Rap as that culture. But trust me... it's far more Heat out here if you were "really" interested in that part. Honestly... what if I had the miscoception that The bay was all "idiot" music due to this Hyphy music? Then your response would be listen to ______________ or _____________ or my homeboy _______________ is dope! The list goes on... for every Bay artist you name... I can name a clone of him... probably from his block too. The ratio of people in Sac doesn't compare to City's in the Bay due to the consolidation of people in small enviorments.
bart was the original. 91siccnes was the runner up. bart crashed, 91siccness housed the bart forum for a minute. and it always was and always will be the biggest forum. in my opinion without the bart forum, siccness would be a ghost town.
