Bankruptcy is the correct spelling. He spelled it right.

I haven't had that issue, but it takes awhile to get back on track afterwards.

My parents did it...it's seven years of fucked credit...but they're cool now...I don't know how it is going to be after Bush's bankruptcy "reforms" take hold though.

this monday i guess theirs a new kinda bankruptcy law going into effect...where if u make enough money you cant file CHAPTER 7..and gotta file for chapter 13..and get into a 5 year re-payment plan....

i heard their was a RUSH this past friday on people who wanted to file...
