basically..

Noxious spammed the board,msgs threats to people and pissed off most of the regulars on this board.. i say thats enough grounds to start a thread and get the site admin to see what a menace this clown has been

i dont think casper is sobman, but he kind of post like him

if we had a mod itd be easy to see if he was, cross check the IP addresses from the post from each and see if they are owned by the same ISP even if there not from the same IP Block, and see if they are leased from the same DHCP server
