get some bread, butter or margarine and some parmesean cheese packets from any pizza place or if you have your own thats cool.

butter the bread, throw on some parmesean cheese, butter up the pan and toast that shit. throw in some ham turkey steak whatever meat you want with 1 kraft cheese slice 2 slices of bacon and a fried egg sunny side up. this is off the hook rite after you wake and bake.

if your lazy to cook and got munchies eat some top ramen like chips.
