No, it doesn't make me feel any better...but thanks. Yes, we're getting better...but when one of your main guys go down...you just took a step back.

Bentley was HUGE pickup...playing Baltimore and you guys twice every year...he was desperately needed to get the running game going. And now?

Just have to hope that someone steps up.

I tried to check again, but it seems like every Browns board is closed...I think panic has set in.

That happened with Roethlisberger - the minute something happens to a star player and there's no information on the news, everybody and their mother will go onto the internet. There's so much traffic that it seems like the website is closed down.

Check out a little-known browns board and you might have more luck. I always use www.pigskinheaven.com when I can't get any other info, but usually the board sucks.

According to sources close to Bentley the injury was a potentially season-ending injury to his patellar tendon, ESPN.com's John Clayton reported. Bentley was in the process of getting an MRI to determine whether it is a partial or total tear.

seriously though Winslow's fine so far right? Droughns is fine, Braylon comes back early in the season, as long as he isn't too hurt things should be fine.

Winslow is 100% ready to go. They might hold him back just to make sure he doesn't go all out too early...but he's good to go.

Droughns is healthy, Braylon SHOULD come back early...so things aren't TOO bad. But when you're a Browns fan...it's always the end of the world.

They're going to have a press conference today at 5:30.

It's hard being a Browns fan at times...it really is. But I always stay optimistic...unlike this guy.....

Seems like we have a couple of these days every year.
Just wondering who will be next......

Maybe Charlie will get married and fall overboard from the cruise ship he is spending his honeymoon on...

Or maybe Willie will suffer eye damage from an errant pool cue during a game in his basement...

Or possibly this is the year that the whole damn team plane goes down...
