Background Check

I was doing a search on yahoo for "Background Check" and came accross http://www.netdetective.com has anyone tried this program? I was trying to get a background check on my self and some people i know and this seems to be the cheapest way to do it.... Is there anyone here who is like a manager of a big company like Wal-mart, Target, Circuit City, Best Buy ETC. Or who knows what they use to do background checks on employees or do they even do them? cause they always ask on there job application they will do one or they ask can do they one blah blah. :dead:

yeah i was wonderin that to cuz before i got hired they asked me whats your crimanal history and i told them i had just one mistimener and then like 3 days later there all you got the job we got tha background back with your one mistimener... but if they really did a background on me i got a couple feliones and more than 1 mistimener

most of the time they dont spend the bread to do a full backround check for jobs bro....they just call past employers...unless you going for Govt jobs or high corp positions...Retail jobs dont have the time or money, especially when they hiring for Xmas help dogg...

i have 2 felonies and damn..hella misdemeanors...but ialwys say no to"that question" and i aint never had a problem...they never really check...I mean i even got embezzlemnent charges and jobs hate that...they aint never mentioned shit...just dont give em reason to do the backround check (act suspiscious, admit to crimes/charges/cases...etc)

^^^yeah, for real, always say NO. I mean, if you have a felony, and you check YES, you're about gauranteed not to get the job. Your chances are way better that they will not do a background check. Out of all the fuckin jobs I've ever had, only one place did a background check and that was gay ass circuit city.

I tend to lie on my applications saying I went to college, have experience in such a such, have a clean record shit ussually works but one time I was fucked cause they placed me on some shit I've never done and said I have...They looked at me fucked up when I just sit there for like a hour tryna figure it out I ended up walking out about a hour later.
