it don't matter if you make more or less, it's really up the judge to decide who will pay..

When I 1st got put on child support, I was making more than my BM and I ended up paying a shit load, 1,200 a month..

Then I took it back to court because she was making more than me, and all they did was lower my shit to 800.



If you both live in different cities and where the case was filed, it will most likely benefit the parent where the kid goes to school and so on..

But then again, the Family Court is bias though. They used my felonies against me and from then on, I was the bad guy.

Its probably the felonies man.......Keep your head up though....Keep fighting......I fought since my daughters birth and right now i have 50% and pay nothing.....Ive paid as much as you have monthly and that shit is no joke....Try supervised visits......Supervised through an agency though........
