It's not an offical re-release......it's just a lightscrided CD-R and bad insert copies. I had a pre-order on Amazon for this for 4-5 years now and it hit a couple weeks ago but it was this bootleg. Had dude issue me a refund after I questioned him about it....this was his reply:

Hi John,
No, it is not the original. It is on a Verbatim Lightscribe cdr. It is lazer inscribed on the disc with the original artwork. The front and back inserts are duplicated on photo paper, and placed into a brand new case. If you would like a refund, please let us know so we may start the process. Sorry for the confusion... we can't write cdr in the description. We figured that the low price and "not for the collector" would help people understand it's not the og.
Thank you.. Adam

I was pissed too....now I am back to the bottom of the list. I told him that's fucked charging folks $50 for a bootleg and there is a reason they don't let you sell those on line. I've bought stuff from him before on e-bay too...don't remember the seller name but the name on the mailing address is Jamie Price.

It's a Bootleg/Re-Release

It is a bootleg/Re-Release. I'm going to find the website later on today and post it. It's a website where you can buy it for $50 or $60 dollars. They Garantee that it's a top quality "Copy/Homemade" Lazer printed disc and insert. I never bought this version, because I knew that it wasn't the real deal Holliefield.

didnt the OFFICIAL re-releases come with a gold "Limited Edition" stamp/sticker on the cover? i dont think the official re-release even came out as a cdr. i checked most of the Rasputins around the bay, and didnt see any re-releases like the one in the pic above. as far as i know...they only re-released that album ONCE a few years back.

Hey.....bootlegs are better than nothing! It's better than not having the album at all. Fuck paying over $300 for an original copy. I'd buy that fake re-release just to have a copy of the inserts. But dude charging $60? Fuck all that. Shit.....I got my CD-R copy for $5. And it plays and sounds like the real fucking thing. lol

True. But the person who I got the copy from thought that since the CD is so SUPER DUPER MEGA ULTRA RARE, he decided he wanted some skrill for a copy. I wasn't trippin. At least I got that shit. Feel me?

I myself wouldn't charge anything for a copy. I ain't no greedy bitch when it comes to shit like that. Hell....I just gave away three CD-R copies of the Madd Currency CD to some of the members here. It ain't nathin.

I dont understand how you are going to call that cd a bootleg. People from the hood drop cds like that all the time and they are real so if thats a bootleg define what a real cd is then.

A real cd is a cd released by the artist who gets money for theie effort and hardwork a bootleg is a cd that is dropped by some1 who has nothin to do witht the release how hard is that to figure out. If you dropped a cd and i decided I wanted to make my own copies and sell it for a profit then that is legit?
