I think you should permit avatars, but cut down on sigs. Make a rule where every sig has to be under 30kb or something.

Jezus on a stick! RACK that!!! Some of these sigs are re-fucking-diculous. I'm on a T1 here at work and this site STILL lags sometimes because of the big-ass sigs. I mean c'mon, do you REALLY have to attach the lyrics to a million songs to each post you make? Are attaching pics bigger than bustop adds a must? Fuckin A, regulate them shits to extend no longer than an inch below your actual post.
