Is a 1200 Watts RMS- Hifonics BXi1206D Mono Block amp

Good for my 2 12 inch Alpine R 4 ohms and if not what amp should i get
to have it slappin

Not enough Watts RMS... 2 12 inch Alpine R needs at least 500 Watts RMS and I believe your mono amp is rated at 450 Watts RMS.

you wanna match the wattage and impedance (ohms)

too many watts will also fuck up your subs if you turn it up too high. too little watts will blow your subs/fuck up your amp since its working harder.
