I had to check out Napa since I know the entire city is a speed trap and it has 14 listed. Nice post it has some good information.

Looked up my city and most of them are dead on. There is one right by my house and I always go down that street to get home from drinking but Ive only seen maybe one or two people in the last 5 years get a ticket there.

At the bottom of the hill there have been many serious accidents with speeders who fly through the light at Mission Gorge, but for drivers connecting to 52W it's fairly safe.

Coming down the hill, cars pick up speed-- a police officer (usually on motorcycle) waits hidden off to the side with a radar gun. When you come to a stop at the bottom traffic light, he catches up and cites you for driving at an unsafe speed down the hill. It happens over and over again, day after day. You are especially vulnerable if you are not familiar with the area.
