i've gotten that same email once before and it was from some dude in the UK, not sure what happened but they ended up taking the money he paid me and i couldn't get it back. i think the buyer initiates that so they can get their money back. do you ship cd's with a confirmation slip? if so you should be able to prove you've sent the item and maybe you'll get the money, for me, i was out of luck since it was international but mine was only for $20.00 so it wasn't bad. you've got a lot more at stake.

happened to me approx 5 mos ago when i sold a gift card. Fuckin bitch somehow paid, i sent next day and got same email later that day. I was pissed. Others had got ripped off too. We all started talking and realized that we were fucked. a couple of us took it further. Ends up I called the Post Office for her area code and was able to intercept my package before it made it. I got my shit back. Call Post Office immediately. Paypal won't reimburse cause its an unverified addy. I knew something was up when paypal name and ebay name were slightly diff but figured nothing of it and sent item. Everyone out there who sells shit needs to be aware. I learned you should wait 2 days before sending to someone has zero to very little Ebay feedback and un-verified Paypal address!

ive sold to her numerous times & never got that email

u get the money thru PayPal? I sold to him/her also thru Amazon and didn't have a problem. Anyway, I luckily sent the package with Signature Confirmation due to the speculations. I had a feeling something like this was going to happen because he was buying shit left and right at any given price. Hopefully PayPal releases the funds held in my account. I provided PayPal with all the info they need so I can qualify for the Seller Protection Program. This fuckin guy still owes me $850 for the other cds that is yet to be paid for. I'm glad I didn't send those to him!

I got my money back from PayPal today! I showed them prove of delivery and everything and they released the hold on his payment. Lesson Learned for me... always ship with signature confirmation on items over $250!
