I know there are some cats playing pro ball that are from the streets. I'm not talking about the ones that just grew up in the hood I'm talking about the ones that had reps in the hood.

I know Corey Dillon iz from Seattle & went 2 jail mulltipule times as a minor from charges like assault & selling crack & a number of other charges

Charles Jordan who was a wide receiver for the Dolphins was a Blood from 79 Swans in Los Angeles & was locked up @ one time 4 murder in a drive by shooting. He eventually beat the case. I read something about the witnesses being scared off by some of his homies. I can't think of anyone else right now.

To this day, NBA player Speedy Claxton is a wheel man for 3 different crime bosses in Hempstead, NY. Asked why he still dabbles in the "street life", Claxton responds with a smile, "I dunno, I just like to drive bad guys around"

NOW THATS SOME SHIT... I HAD THOUGHT ABOUT THAT FOR A WHILE... ABOUT HOW MANY GANGMEMBERS WERE IN THE NFL... I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THERE WERE 0... CAUSE IT TAKES HOURS UPON HOURS OF WORKING OUT AND A WHOLE LOT OF OTHER SHIT... SHIT I DONT EVEN HAVE TIME FOR HOMEWORK, LET ALONE STUDY A PLAYBOOK OR STAY FOCUSED ON A PROFESSIONAL PLAYING CAREER...

Pac Man Jones iz a real hood nigga from Atlanta from what I heard. Keyshawn Johnson admitted 2 selling crack in high school cuz he wanted 2 help support his fam.

Rae Carruth iz from the Valley Hi area in South Sac & that nigga was not a hoodsta or a blocksta.
