Are you serious? South, East and West Modesto are grimey as fuck. The only good part of the Mo is the Northside.

Modesto does have its hood area, and its grimey in that section, no doubt about it.

But on the whole, Modesto is a little ass town where families go to live in suburbs and have their white picket fence.

no need to hype up the grimey part of it, to convince people that it is hardcore, cuz on the whole, it isnt. probably only like 20% of it is grimey.

My primo lives of w hatch. in So Modesto and its a new community and Ive shown those nice properties off the tuolumne river so Im thinking thats what gregs talking about. But yea Modesto is a shithole, gotta go through lil mexico to get to my cousins spot....
