Yeah, I think so too. I don't see the Angels sweeping us in any of the series, and playing the Mariners in between, it's not going to happen(we'll probably take at least 2 out of 3 against the M's; I think the 15 game win streak against them will probably end next week though). The A's are playin' too well right now to go on a big losing streak to end the season.

Look on the bright side. We came back from being 11 games under to being 12 games over. Not only that but we learned our young arms can win in the majors here and now. Next season we're gonna have a rotation of Lackey, Weaver, Saunders, Escobar and either Santana or Colon. I'm hoping we use Santana to land a big bat, personally. If that happens then I guarantee you we'll be back at the top of the division come October, 2007.

I knew the Angel's would lose, and I didn't want to bet (and root) for Oakland.
So I take the Under 8. 9th inning, 4-3, with 2 outs. I just needed ONE MORE OUT. Nope, Payton drops and can't find the ball. I lose.
