Like I said before, Leinart will be one of the greats, Walter will be average. You're an idiot if you think Huff over Leinart was a good choice for the raiders.
oooh look.. your crystal ball must be working..... Huff was a good pick for the Raiders... We got OUR QB and now we got OUR starting safety..... I like my chances with Walter & Huff at safety than with Leinart and Gibson.. really no point in drafting a QB when the team feels they have their franchise QB on the team already.. Walter will live up to be that guy

HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY KNOW THAT WALTER WILL BE "AVERAGE?"

TELL ME FATAL, HOW DID ALEX SMITH LOOK ON HIS FIRST 5 STARTS? AND HOW DID HE DO?

Give it up. You know as well as I do Matt Leinart shits on your little Walter, in every aspect of the position. What the fuck is wrong with you? Oh that's right, you're a raider fan.

Why do you even bother? Do yourself a favor before bringing this dumbass shit up.. Think about who Alex Smith had around him (Barlow, Lloyd, injured Battle, no line, no TE, SHITTY coordinator, no veteran QB around), and then look at who Andrew Walter has. It's not comparible. But I do know this.. Smith won 2 in his first seven games, Walter has won one game and is well on his way to a 2-12 record as a starter (if they even beat Houston) WITH A MUCH BETTER OFFENSE THAN ALEX SMITH HAD.

You guys like to bring up lame arguements that get shot the fuck down. But I'm willing to bet one of you ignorant fucks will dispute what I just said, with no reasoning. I guess it gets overlooked cuz your part of the raider nation, the dumbest group of fans of any team in any sport.

It just seems you raider fans like to delay the inevitable. When we all knew you'd lose to the Niners, you said "Wait till Oct. 8th." Right now we all know Alex Smith is the better QB, so you say "Let's see at the end of the season." After that it's gonna be "Let's see at the end of their careers." ANd it'll just keep going because you fools don't know when to quit. Last week you all knew the raiders sucked ass, this week you're coming off a win against AZ and now all of a sudden you think your team is something again.. It's a joke.

Our "MUCH BETTER offense" hasn't been doin Walter alot of favors....if you have been watchin the games you saw how many fuckin passes were dropped by recievers(4 alone by Moss against AZ). He should probally have about 3 more TD's..Also the O-line hasn't looked that much better the niners last year. The pass blocking has improved a little each game but the run blocking still sucks and its not like Tom Walsh is genius OC. I dont know if Walter will be better then Smith but I think he'll be a solid QB once he gets more experience...He's gettin a little better every game, just has to limit the turnovers.

It doesn't matter. He has more weapons. Smith had absolutely NOBODY to go to except Gore, and Barlow's faggot ass was starting over him. He had absolutely no pass blocking, no receivers, no tight end because Eric Johnson was out all season, the play calling was fuckin horrible, he had no experienced QB to help him learn how to read defense's better, nobody he could turn to.. Not to mention a coach in his very first year who is defense oriented, and the fact that he was the youngest starting player in the NFL (not just QB, but PLAYER). The point is you can't compare the two because Walter is in a much better situation.. That being said, he isn't even doing much better than Alex did even though it's much easier for him. On top of that he has no pressure because he was a fuckin 3rd round pick.

There are no signs that would lead anyone but a raider fan to believe Walter is going to be better (or have more promise) than Alex Smith. Only a raider fan could smoke enough dope to come up with that conclusion.

I cant argue about Smith being in a bad position last year, but you act like its all peaches and cream for Walter. He's dealing with a coach and OC who havn't been in the league in over a decade, Porter isn't playing, Gabriel is gone, Moss is playin half assed and doesn't wanna be here, the O-line is a penalty machine and below average, and Jordan is mediocre(according to you). Its hilarious..just a few weeks ago you were sayin the Raiders were goin 0-16 and were one of the worst teams ever, now all the sudden your talkin like Walter is in a good situation.

lmao @ this.......... blood your a silly cat..

your assuming that since Lienart had a successful college career he's gonna be a NFL great.. Not sayin he's not but still no point in the Raiders getting him when they got ANDREW WALTER..... So they clearly didn't need to draft him when they got a pretty good QB in Walter who can become even better once his WRs actually hold on the to the ball

And let me just say I'd rather have Walter than Lienart.... the end

Walter is not in a good situation, I said he's in a better situation than Alex Smith was last year. I know it's not all peaches and cream there in Oakland, but the point was to make it clear that you cannot compare Alex Smith's first year to Andrew Walter's. Look at the reason I've already given, I don't think I really need to say anything else.

You guys are all high on Walter because he is your QB. Anybody else would rather have Leinart. Why? Because Leinart has what it takes to be a great and everybody already sees that. Andrew Walter looks OK but nobody knows what he will do. Oakland has never been known for GREAT QBs, they just get someone who can get them through the game.

Obviously raider fans and coaches think alike, that's why you're 1-5 and well on your way to 1-15 or 2-14 and the #1 draft pick (which they will probably blow).

Well according to one of your earlier posts the Raiders will go 2-14 this year, 2 less wins then the niners had when Smith was a rookie..so how do you figure Walter is in a better situation?
