Cant think of anybody but Pac that started out as a talented Newcomer and became more legendary/Popular with every Release !

There might be very few Artists that actually evolve/change wit every Album without really losing their Skills (Record-sales aint real no criteria)
like C-Bo , Outkast, Guce ,San Quinn, Daz , Yukmouth,San Quinn,JT the Bigga Figga, maybe DMX and a few others

But the only Artists in my Opinion that kept improvin artistically and career-wise wit every Album gotta be PAC!
