That's not him, that's NFL rules. Owners don't have any control over that.
Is it really? Damn, I always thought it was on the owners. At least that's what I was told by multiple people growin up. Some Raiders fans some 9ers fans. Could be wrong though, if so pretty funny I got shit mixed up.

Yeah it's 100% the league and 0% the owners. We had the same problem up here when I was growing up in the 90s, many Hawks home games were blacked out.

This is a really really good site right here. Not only does it have TV Maps for the regular season (so if you're wondering what's going to be on in the Bay besides Niners and Raiders, you can check Wednesday of game week), but it's also got detailed descriptions of TV markets, blackout rules and a bunch of other fineprint stuff:

BUT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Al Davis assured me that Adam Schefter was wrong when he reported this weeks ago. I remember him saying that Adam was on the Broncos payroll so he would never have secret info before hand....Damn you AL you lied to me.

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Dumbass Raiders can't even make a beat writer look bad how the fuck are they going to turn around a franchise.

Well, what does Oakland currently have? A great defense. Build from there. Make their Defensive Coordinator Head Coach and make Oakland become like a Baltimore or Chicago. Draft a superstar running back like Adrian Peterson and build your offensive line (this should be their number one priority). Go back to the fundamentals - good running game, great defense. Time and time again this formula will win games.

It was a good move. I hate to see Art get fired but he made some terrible decisions as head coach. Re-shuffled the offensive line? They ended up giving up more sacks this year than last. It was Art who got into funk with Porter and kept him on the bench the whole season, which was one of the reasons we ended up dead last in offense this season. Hired a muthafucka that hasn't been in the NFL for a decade to run the offense. Art just had waaay too many fuck ups. I don't think he even knows how to call offensive plays. His schemes are outdated. We need a Mike Martz.

^Man, I think we need a proven coach with NFL experience. Cower, Martz.... Someone who can come in right away and win.
