Can't comment on the reserve but i was in the NG for a hot min. Shit was coo eventually went active and am finishing up the last 2 weeks of a tour in korea. Depends why you are thinking of enlisting if its because of the college money get a job cause the last thing somebody wants to hear when your getting your ass shot or damn near blown up is the motherfucker next to you saying "I didnt sign up for this shit I just wanted the college money." Active Army has been coo made some decent money had a fun time bought a lot of shit i wouldnt have had if i was a civilian doin the one weekend a month deal.
