That's semi-auto you're thinking about. To get a legal full auto you're gonna need a Class 3 NFA license, which costs thousands and you need to do alot of paperwork and interviews with your county sheriff department. Don't get automatic pistols or shotguns confused with actually being fully automatic, it just means you don't have to rack back the slide or whatever for every shot. For real automatic firearms they will use the term select fire, unless its something like a SAW or PKM which will only shoot automatic. The prices for Class 3 firearms are ridiculous since they banned the adding of any new weapons to the NFA national registry in 1986. If you're really serious and have money to waste on it the cheapest thing I could recommend would be a Mac-11 which would set you back around $1200 or more. If you think you're gonna get an M4 or M16 you better hope you have $20,000 or so laying around.
To get back on topic this event had me worried yesterday. Just by watching the news first, then researching him myself, it really shows how much fucking decency they lack, both Fox and CNN. All the media, regardless of affiliations, are trying to paint this event as something it's not. Yes, the state I'm in is crazy as fuck right now but people hundreds of miles away are making it worse with their assumptions. Ever since the law passed here to conceal carry, I feel like I'm fucking up if I don't bring any heat wherever I go. It seemed like when this first happened yesterday, the media on the left was trying to make it seem the Tea Party was assassinating people like this is Lebanon or some shit. Fox was on some other shit too. Maybe they are right to guess this was political with all the hate going around, idk. More and more I keep thinking I need to move out of this country for awhile.
