They have been in a rebuilding stage...... u really call Kerry a stable starter? IMO he can be a good Veteran backup, but aS a starter hes garbage.... I mean come on now, even a hurt ass Moss is better than half the leagues receivers, he had Jordan, Jerry Porter, i dont want to do it but compare what alex smith did, he had worse Wrs, a shitty starting rb (Barlow) a line that changed every week, a brand new scheme, a rookie qb, and they managed to compile the same record as the Raiders. Sure the Raiders may have beaten "better" teams, (Dallas, Washington,Buffalo, Tenessee 28-36 combined). SF (STL,STL,TB,Houston 25-39 combined), It wasnt much much more.
