It all depends on the judge and what the D.A. is pursuing.....

it can be from 3-5 years in prison up to 18-20 years...

When i was younger I did it myself in downtown sf, never got caught. But now that I think about it, I was a stupid dumb fuck. Thanks god I grew up and now see the light...

theres a lot working against them.
Taking a defenseless persons property forcefully....and then multiply that by two since it was 2 ladies.
Not to mention they can say it was premeditated

Seems like your brother is a good kid, but from what you just said about your cousin. The problem for him is your cousin, he's a bad influence and look at where your brother is at right now. I suggest you guys forget about your cousin for now and worry about your brother, it's most likely your brother will get little time..but your cousin might be doing some time due to his past.
