You can make your own ringtones EASILY. Ive already make like 30. And you can make your own wallpapers, just use a pic from your computer. You have to have the web on your phone though. I got T-Mobile, so i ordered Tmobile Web, its only like 6 bucks a month to add it.

And yes, its FREE. Just create an account and you sign in with your phone number. Very easy.

I don't use any web sites for ringtones. It seems like they all come out with really shitty sound. I'm pretty sure that if you can't find it in the T-zones store, then there is nothing you can do.
