stay away from this,bought two of em a few days ago at walgreens.
i looked at the nutrition facts and saw that it had like 60-80 grams of sugar.
an ordinary soda can has 41 grams, so thats like drinking 3 - 4 cans..
so every 4 grams is a teaspon so thats like swallowing 20 teaspoons of sugar.
