Anyone live in Vegas?

Any areas to flat out avoid living in? I have 2 sons under 2.5 years old.

North Vegas has the most gangs/crime.

good lookin out^^ that's actually where I'd considered moving at first cause houses were big and cheap but I wasn't sure if it was because of the housing crash or... gangs/crime
