This might be a lil off topic, but what was the deal with mac-10 changin his name to 10-dolla? I think I heard awhile back him and Mack-Ten (inglewood) battled it out to keep the name

where did you hear about that "battle royale" to keep the names? someone might have told you a fairytale on that one but yeah, it had a lot to do with a famous rapper coming out with the same name. Granted, Phil aka 10 Dolla had Mack-10 first.

yeah no shit thats why I was askin what the deal was. in fact it was some nigga I was locked up with from PA that told me that shit back in 98. he just bowed down and gave up his name or what? he was never mack-10 in the 1st place, he was always Mac-10
