And title leads can be pretty fruitful.....I have an LO that closed 4 last week just from title leads. Cold calling sucks balls though!!! .

caller:hi how r you is this the home owner im speaking to

me:are you the home owner ?

caller : what ?

me: what do you want ?

caller : i want to tell you..........

me: oh you'er trying to sell me something ?

caller: no i want to know if you are intrested in refinacing..........

me: are you intrested in refinacing ?
